Miami Art Museum and Miami Science Museum may soon be standing tall in the city with their swanky new buildings. It has been made official that construction for these buildings is set to begin soon. The building site is almost ready and the work of environmental remediation is in process. Building of these two eminent buildings in Miami is important from the point of view of Miami real estate. As more people come and visit this place, the area is set to be more popular with home buyers. Real estate agents can thus look forward to better opportunities of getting more business from the area.

The new buildings will be known as the Museum Park. It has been estimated that an amount of $20 million will be used to build and develop these buildings. This is a huge investment and not just the builders, the real estate agents dealing in homes and Miami foreclosures will immensely benefit from it. World class construction of these buildings will be one of the major factors in attracting more people to be a part of this area and buy homes nearby. It is also being stated that the prices might rise soon.

According to the experts, 1,700 new jobs will be created through these buildings. Size of the art museum building was not clear at first but the construction will now begin in the month of November. The opening date of the project is being given in the year 2013. Later in the year 2011, foundation of the 250,000 square foot science center will be laid down. The unveiling has been slated for year 2014. According to Jack McCabe, who is the principal with McCabe Consulting and Research, was of the view that unveiling of the museum park means a boon for the Miami rental properties and real estate as a whole. As the museums are going to employ a lot of people, the property around might be taken on rent by a lot of people.
